In general, most patients are able to return to activity after one week. Patients can exert 25% effort the first week, 50% effort the second, 75% the third week, and can resume 100% of activity by the fourth week.
Can I go for walks after rhinoplasty?
While your surgeon will recommend staying away from the gym or engaging in strenuous exercise in the first four weeks after surgery, you are usually encouraged to take up light activity, such as going for a walk, the day after the surgery. Walking after rhinoplasty is great for a few reasons.
